  • ¼ cup pyaz (bareek kati huvi)
  • ¼ cup hari beans (bareek kati huvi)
  • ¼ cup Shimla mirch (bareek kati huvi)
  • ½ teaspoon kalimirch powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce

Dough banana ka tareeka

1. Sari sabzi ko dho kar bareek cut karlen.

2. ¾ cup maida, 1 teaspoon oil, aur namazk ek bowl me len.

3. Sare ingridents ko mix kare aur ek dough banalen jaise roti ke liye dough banate hain.
isi hisab se dough tayar karle zaroorat ke hisab se pani add karlen aur ek soft dough banalen.

4. 20-25min ke liye dough ko rest karne den.


sabzi tayar karne ka tareeka

1. Pan me 1 tablespoon oil heat Karen cutee huve adrak lehsun ko 30 sec ke liye pakne den cutee huve pyaz add Karen aur minut ke liye pakayen.

2. Cutee huve sabziyon (gajar, Shimlamirch, pattagobi,beans) ko add Karen aur namak add Karen.

3. Sari sabzi ko mix Karen aur 4-5min pakne den . 1 teaspoon chilli sauce add Karen.

4. 1 teaspoon soy sauce ko add karen.

5. ½ teaspoon kalimirch ka powder add Karen.

6. Sabzi ke saat sari chizon ko mix Karen aur 1 min ke liye pakne den.

7. Sabzi (stuffing) banke tayar hai.

Momos banana ka tareeka

1. Dough ko aur 1 min ke liye masallen .

2. Abb dough ko sahi bhag me cut karke chote chote pede banalen.

3. Abb isko 3-5inch ki roti me bellen .

4. Abb iss roti me 1 tablespoon sabzi(stuffing) ko dalkar potli banalen.

5. Ziyada sabzi mutt add Karen werna potli banana me dikkat hogi.

6. Steamer plate me thodasa oil lagalen aur momos ko isme rakden.

7. Steamer pan me 1-2 glass pani add Karen .

8. Steamer me stand rakden aur iss pe momos ki plate rakden. Aur steamer ko dhak den.

9. Dhyan rahe ki momos pani me na doben. 9-10min ke liye pakalen .

10. abhi momos ko check karen agar momos chipchipe na hon to iska matlab momos pak chuke hen.

Serving idea
Momos ko hot tomato chilli chutney ya phir chezvan sauces ke saat serve Karen.
